This is my first official photoshoot in over two years.  Holy!

Spaghetti Squash

So, I am not a fan of zucchini nor spaghetti squash but I decided to give it another go with some homemade sauce (meatless for me & meat for my honey).  It was a huge success!  I will definitely be eating this more often.

My new favorite lunch!
